Voodoo Doughnuts - 3rd & Ankeny - SW

Lets start at the beginning: Breakfast!

Not just for Breakfast anymore!

So, where do i go for a tasty doughnut, you ask? Who Do? Why Voodoo, of course. Open 24 hours!

You say you want bacon on your maple doughnut? Who doesn't?
You want peanut butter on your doughnut? Of Course!
You want your doughnut covered with sugary sweet breakfast cereal? Why Not?

All this and more awaits your taste buds at this prime establishment.

But seriously, these guys offer a fine array of services not to exclude weddings, swahili lessons, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, joke doughnuts, and more!

Did i mention, if you're in the mood for tying the not, they offer legal wedding ceremonies! Who knew?

You know, I've been a Portlander for many years and have yet to visit Voodoo. It's just plain wrong, I must try it.

I think I want the one with cornflakes on top.

PS - Sweet blog! ;)

I love Voodoo. Voodoo is hip and fun and definitely a Portland institution, but the best donuts and town they're not. Of course you didn't claim they were. For less hip, but fabulous donuts, I'd throw in a good word for Annie's at 72nd and Sandy or Tonali's at 28th and Alberta.
